Arash Soudagaran, an Iranian head chef, is the manager of this restaurant. During his teenage years and studies, he worked as an assistant chef in his free time after school. He has experience working in several famous restaurants in the capital of Iran, such as Hani Restaurant and Nayeb Restaurant. After finishing school, he participated in many workshops and training courses. He studied hospitality at the Evin Hotel and obtained a diploma. In 2009, he moved to Kyoto, Japan. Later, he held several jobs in Iranian and Indian restaurants in Kyoto and Tokyo, Japan. During this time, he also learned Japanese and English and now speaks both fluently. Eventually, he opened Arash's Kitchen in Kyoto in 2013. Due to his efforts and talent, Arash's Kitchen is currently very popular and has been among the top three restaurants in Kyoto for the past two years.
